Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing AOS Oasis for your digital marketing needs. Our Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms related to the delivery of services, cancellations, and refunds. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Service Fulfillment

We provide customized digital marketing services—including but not limited to SEO, social media management, paid advertising, cybersecurity services, and content marketing—delivered on a monthly basis.

  • Service delivery begins on the agreed contract start date.

  • Each month’s services are tailored to client objectives and outlined in the client’s individual scope of work.

  • Ongoing service deliverables may include strategy sessions, reporting, campaign execution, and optimizations.

  • All work is delivered remotely unless otherwise specified.


2. Billing & Payments

Clients are billed automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method on file.

  • Charges are applied in advance of the service period (e.g., May services are billed on or before May 1).

  • Invoices and receipts are available upon request or through your client portal.


3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that needs may change. If you wish to cancel your services:

  • A 30-day written notice is required.
    Example: If you submit cancellation on April 15, services and billing will continue through May 15.

  • Notices must be submitted via email to support@aosoasis.com or your assigned account manager.

  • Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will result in a final billing cycle for that remaining period.

  • Access to any project deliverables will remain active through the end of your final billing period.


4. Refund Policy

Because our services are time-based and strategy-driven, we do not offer refunds for services rendered.

  • Partial or pro-rated refunds are not available for mid-month cancellations, pauses, or non-usage.

  • Refunds may be granted only in the case of billing errors or duplicate charges.

  • If you believe a billing issue occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.


5. Contract Terms

All clients are subject to a signed monthly service agreement or digital contract that outlines deliverables, billing dates, and termination clauses. This Fulfillment Policy serves as a supplement to those terms.
